Summer Storytime (Heron Lake)

Storytime is back in person this summer as part of the 2023 Summer Library Program, “All Together Now.” Summer storytimes include stories, fingerplays, songs, crafts and fun! Summer Storytime is held in each library starting the week of June 12 and ending the week of August 21, with no storytime the week of July 4 or July 24. Children can join Kathy at the Lakefield Library on Tuesdays at 10 AM, Sunny at the Heron Lake Library on Fridays at 9:45 AM, and Mackenzie at the Jackson Library on Fridays at 10 AM.
This summer, if you can’t make it to storytime you can still take part with free craft kits! Available each month, people can pick up Storytime Kits with crafts that are perfect for young children. Enjoy quality bonding time doing a craft that is already prepared for you!
