Nature Photography with Phil Kirk
Mar 2 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Jackson County Library
Join us at the Jackson Library on March 2nd at 12 PM as we welcome local wildlife and nature photographer, Phil Kirk. Phil has been a keen photographer since the 1990’s. He started out photographing motorsports events for magazines in the U.K. Phil has also spent time as a staff writer for science and history publications. Since moving state side, he’s taken more to photographing the flora and fauna of Minnesota just for the fun of it. Phil concentrates more on local areas, including Kilen Woods, where he wanders the lakes and lands in search of capturing the perfect images of eagles, hawks and if he’s lucky, a bobcat.
Come learn how Phil works his camera magic, and hear about his close encounters with wildlife.
This Adult Program will be held at the Jackson Library on March 2nd at 12:00 p.m., the Lakefield Library at 2:00p.m. and the Heron Lake Library at 5:30 p.m.
This is an adult program that is free to the public.
