Jackson County Friends of the Library Book Sale

Books, puzzles, and movies galore will be available for purchase at the Jackson County Friends of the Library Annual Book Sale, set for September 15-17 at the Blue Building at the Jackson County Fairgrounds in Jackson, Minnesota. Proceeds of the event provide supplemental funds for programs, materials, and other extras for the Jackson, Lakefield and Heron Lake libraries.
Hours will be 10 AM to 8 PM Thursday, September 14; 10 AM to 6 PM Friday, September 15; and 9 AM to 1 PM Saturday, September 16. On Saturday, book lovers will be able to fill a bag with books for just $3.
A presale for Friends of the Library members will be from 5 PM to 7 PM Wednesday, September 13. Anyone can become eligible for the presale by joining the Jackson County Friends of the Library, either in advance or at the sale. The cost for membership is $2 for students, $10 for individuals or $15 per household, with additional sponsorships set at $100 for a Patron and $200 for a Benefactor. Checks can either be dropped off at one of the three libraries or mailed to 311 3rd Street, Jackson, MN, 56143.
