Attend one of these free programs to learn how we can recognize, prepare and manage Alzheimer’s Disease. Joseph Gaugler, PhD is presenting “Alzheimer’s Disease: What it is, and What Can Be Done” on Thursday, March 7, 2024. He is presenting at the Lakefield Multi-Purpose Center at 10:00 AM and the Jackson Library at 1:00 PM. The presentations are the same and completely free to attend. Dr. Gaugler is the Robert L. Kane Endowed Chair in Long-Term Care and Aging and a Professor at the University of Minnesota. His work focuses on the best way to support families and professionals who care for persons with memory loss. He aims to improve the health and well-being of carers through innovative programs and technologies.
